Funding assessment: Shotover Delta cost allocation and funding
Queenstown-Lakes District Council (June 2008)
This assessment helped Queenstown-Lakes District Council, Queenstown Airport Corporation and the Otago Regional Council develop a cost-sharing mechanism for the common costs associated with flood protection around wastewater treatment and the airport runway extension. Ascari developed a cost allocation model to identify common costs and the appropriate funding contributions for the three agencies.
